Hygiene is the most important, like brushing your teeth, having a bath, washing your face and behind your ears, never neglect your toes and feet.
Physicians also should have a compassionate attitude towards the patients. Health Care is very sacred like the Hippocratic Oath, a strong commercial attitude may disturb the priorities. Education and the Justice Departments are also Sacred, decay of these can put a country in peril.

Case 4: Low and Wrong Consumption - More or Less work does not matter.
Malnutrition, Fainting, Weakness, The breakdown of the immunity system, Starvation.

Try to understand the pattern, this is for middle age and old alike, but more strict for old people. It is called Vanaprastha Ashram
- Have a Compassionate, Content and Spiritual Family Doctor to visit you monthly and keep a tab on your health. A moderate and minimum intake of medicines should be encouraged.
- If Living alone, stay in groups of 12 in large house with big garden and breathing space. Even walled and Secured Communities with gardens and Vehicle/Pollution free internal roads.
- Many Trees and Ponds may be needed to keep the older people in a greater communion with nature and things like spirituality and philosophy. Mild Gardening and Crafts also help
- Keep away form TV Programs that are family, action and drama oriented. Stick to Bajan, Kirtan, even educational and cultural shows. Create your own community programs that are peaceful.
- Avoid Adventurous trips, excursions and Tours to religious places and things like that. The God is in your very own Heart. Meditate, do mild Breathing and very mild Yoga, (Not Hatha Yoga)
- Eat Sattwic Food, Be a Vegetarian, Do not get too Spicy, Onions and Garlic very mild. Do not eat too much Fat rich, Sweet or Fried Stuff. Bake and Boil or Rinse with salt water before eating.
- Do not be alone, walk in the gardens and do not foray into high traffic zones. Discuss, do not argue and do not get excited or agitated. Move away from such a situation, maintain the peace.
- Do not party, smoke or drink, do not get into any exotic medical treatments without the consent of your family physician. Live a natural life, do not eat stale and contaminated food.
- Do not use drugs that are stimulants or hormone based or even those that promise vitality and vigor. These have a big price to pay in terms of the other damage they do to your body and mind.
- When at an advanced age make arrangements to have a attached bathroom and pantry to your bedroom, The bathroom should have Non-Slip Soft Floor and bars to hold on the walls.
- Use only safe electrical kitchen appliances in the pantry/ kitchen. No fuel based stoves or room heaters. Circuit Breakers, Earth Leakage Breakers & Fire Alarms. An UPS or Emergency Light.
