I would like the Governments of all countries to jointly issue a Duty
Free Shopping online card. This comes with a limit of 200$ PA for all
their citizens.
The shipment or courier packet will carry a duty
free Green-Pink badge along with a RFID embedded or a magnetic code to
show how much of DFS used and how much balance.
It can also be
integrated as an option on all online shopping carts. Then there may be
no need of a separate card. An existing bank card can be enabled.
This will help small people like me, obtain things that are very difficult to procure in our own regions at reasonable prices. |

Invent something like Satellite Software/Media Download DTH Service - Small dish on Roof, A Stand alone Box with One Tera Byte HDD and USB. This has a Tiny LCD Touch Screen, Key in the URL & Press Get, Wait.
Media ready beep will come in a few secs. Satellite Delays don't matter. Either you connect the USB of this Download-Box to Router to make a
media server for your Netbooks & Tablets or plug it to your Desktop
PC. |

If you wanted the best of both KDE and Ubuntu, then check out Kubuntu open-source OS with App Suite.I just assembled a Part New Part old computer. It was a P4 HT 2.6. It had donated all organs to other PCs and even the cabinet was scrapped. First a Cooler Master Tuxedo, then put the RAM of same matched Speeds, i got two 512 MB and 256 MB of 266 Mhz from my Memory Dump. A 40 GB HDD and a Sony CD writer which has lasted a decade. The cabinet i got can be placed Horizontally like the Old IBM PC with 8086. Now this System Moves like a Space Shuttle. |

I was able to install Xubuntu on a hp Pavilion which had xp. Now the computer is working very smoothly and very adroit. This hp computer was giving a lot of trouble, HDD crash and CDROM, DVD problems. Only the motherboard was working well. I almost gave it a muli-organ transplant and it continued to move on xp. Now on xubuntu and new parts including a SATA HDD, it is like a computer from 2022. |

I am at last out of Windows 2000 on my Celeron Computer. Lubuntu is perfect with a fast Chromium Browser. Ubuntu was heavy for this older system. This is now like state of the art technology OS for a older hardware.
Lubuntu is a fast and lightweight operating system developed by a community of Free and Open Source enthusiasts. The core of the system is based on Linux and Ubuntu . Lubuntu uses the minimal desktop LXDE, and a selection of light applications. |

Many people give up on Wireless Keyboard Mouse Combo after a few months of "Novelty". This is due to the chore of replacing batteries and also the cost and wastage (carbon foot). Then i have long been suggesting, nineties, ferrite smps coupled charger docks. This is like RFID, but more like RF power transfer. One half of Ferrite E-Core is in the Gadget and the other half is in the Dock. When the Gadget is docked it is sensed and power transfer just like in SMPS. Rechargeable batteries in the gadget. How-To Convert Wireless to Pseudo-Wired Now you got a Wireless Combo, it can be converted into wired yet wireless, it is simple the wires will now carry 3V power to the Keyboard and Mouse, so no batteries. A little gentle and smart drilling is needed for the Mouse. Get a 5V Adapter, the ones used for charging phones and music players. If you cannot get 5V use a 7805 to derive a 5V from 6 or 9. Use two 1N4007 in series on the positive line to drop 1.5V - test out with a dummy load of 10K and 100uF cap. Now use this to power both the mouse and keyboard with thin dual-core wires leading to the battery terminals. Soldering this may be a delicate job. Now you got a Perpetual Wired Keyboard Mouse Combo. The Interface still remains Wireless. Another way is use Rechargeable Batteries for both. The wires will carry exactly a regulated 3.3V from a LM317 circuit which can be tweaked. The Mains adapter can be any 6V or 9V raw DC. You can have a Connector for the power wires when you want it to be wire free. This may require greater Gadget Opening and Drilling Expertise. Reuse - Be Earth Friendly - Keep your Carbon Footprint smaller than that of a Yeti. The Keyboard and Mouse combo from Logitech i am converting and using looks like this, the audio controls work only with RhythmBox in Ubuntu and The other buttons serve no purpose. I save on Batteries and do not create eWaste. Wired Combo is Green, rechargeable combo is green, the other ways are mean. |

When your Bot has outgrown your Arduino, it wants to talk, an urge to communicate and Network(Social). A larger brain over the smaller control system is the need. Then a Networked Drove of Bots ! is possible. Use the Arduino for emulating the role of the Spine and an Android System for the Big Networked brain. You can hack an Economy Android Phone to make your Robot an Einstein. Now for Simulating the Soul, which even the most Advanced Robotic Scientist is unaware of; All you need is Cloud. |

Bakelite, Thermosetting or Phenolic Knobs with or without dial; can be used to fix many kitchen utensils. These knobs are mostly used for Potentiometers and Rotary switches/encoders. You may find more of these in electronics surplus stores. Keep some handy. Ensure the knob has one or two Grub Screws (set screws). Fix the vessels that hold your Grub.
